WOULD YOU LIKE TO EARN ADDITIONAL INCOME WORKING AT HOME, HOW? AS A WOODCRAFTER ASSOCIATE WITH YOUR OWN
This is a profitable home-based business that I can help you develop. You can work at your own pace and be your own boss. You do not need to have woodworking skills nor will you need to take any significant financial risks. We are available for customer support to help you every step of the way. Take a minute and consider the possibilities. Do you live within a few hours radius of any children? Do you live in an area within a few hours of a community college or university? Are you within a few hours of any retreat centers, camps, hunting/fishing cabins, ski resorts, etc.? All of these are places that need and frequently purchase bunk beds, captain's beds and loft beds. Why not tap into our experience? We know that there is huge market for these beds. We receive email correspondence on a daily basis from customers all over the country, lamenting about the lack of availability of quality bunk beds. From our experience, I am convinced that there are potential customers in the area where you live who would purchase a bunk bed of the quality of the ones shown on this web site if; (1) they could find one and, if (2) they could afford it. Why not benefit from this need? I did. It worked for me and it can work for you. First of all let me tell you what this business is not. You may have already noticed that I did not come on with the promise of a six-digit income, nor have I told you that it would require practically no effort on your part. I don't know about you but I get those offers all the time. I plan to be very conservative and honest in explaining my business plan. You will probably not make $100,000 the first year. You are likely to develop a very profitable source of extra income while working at your own home, on your own schedule, doing something that you enjoy, if you follow my business plan that will include: 1. Bunk Bed Business Manual This manual contains information you need to get your business up and running including: ►Detailed plans and instructions to build seven of the most popular beds that I build and sell ►Attracting customers ►Pricing your beds ►Purchasing lumber and materials ►Increasing profits through sale of accessories ►Sample ads ►Pitfalls to avoid ►Assembly instructions that can be given to customers for at home assembly 2. Templates These templates are made of wood and hardboard. They will allow you to locate screw and bolt holes accurately without time-consuming measurements. 3. Jig A headboard assembly jig kit is included. This jig is an invaluable aid in accurately positioning the rungs to the corner posts. It will dramatically increase efficiency. You mount the pieces to your own plywood. 4. Photo Album Working out of your home you will probably not have the room to display all of the beds that you can make, yet it is important for your customers to see the different models and types of beds. By building one display bed, you will show the customer the quality of your work they can expect and the photo album will show the other choices of styles that you have. The album contains quality photographs of the beds for which you have plans. These photos will give you strong credibility with your customers. As you build your own beds, you can replace our pictures with your own pictures. 5. Technical Support We will be available for unlimited technical support. You can contact us by fax, e-mail or telephone anytime and we will promptly respond. The fastest response is usually by e-mail. Price of Business Plan We have two options from which to choose. 1)The total price of the complete business plan, as described, is $400.00+ $21.95 S/H. 2) We also offer a "lite" business starter kit. That package contains the business manual and photo album without the hardboard templates and the jig kit. All the benefits of unlimited customer service are included. After you purchase the "lite" starter kit, you can come back and purchase the templates and jig at a later time if you so choose. Price of the lite business plan is $250.00+$14.95 S/H.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS What woodworking skills are required?
What tools are needed? How much more money will it take to get into this business after the initial
purchase of the plan? How much will lumber and hardware cost for a bed? Where do I find the bed hardware? How do I sell the beds? Can I sell the beds wholesale to furniture stores? What are other outlets to market my beds? I do not have sales talents and I don't think I could do well in sales. How
can I get around this? Why will customers go through the inconvenience of buying a bed from me when
there are plenty of furniture stores in town that are open all day long?
How much money can I make at this business?
Conservatively, since everybody will not purchase the storage drawers (although most do) and not everyone will want the mattresses, I have estimated the typical profit from a bed to be $350.00. However, with the add-ons and other perks that you might add, you can see that you can turn an even larger profit. How do I obtain mattresses to sell? Does my location have to be convenient to my customers? How long does it take to build a bed? Can I make this a full time business? I don't have a shop. Is this a problem? Do I have to deliver and assemble the beds to customers? I have a full time job and am home only in evenings and weekends. I would not
feel comfortable with people coming to my home while I am not there. How can
this be handled? The demands of my full time job are not always predictable. Sometimes I would
not have the time to build beds, other times I would have ample time. How would
this work? What guarantees do I have that I will be successful? Do I pay you a commission or fees on my sales? Answer: Absolutely not.! This is your business, not mine. We are available for unlimited support, but we collect no further fees or commissions after you purchase the business package. We do sell the hardware in bulk quantity to our associates but is not a requirement that you purchase from us. How is the best way to get started with a minimum risk? Remember this however. It will take you two to three times longer to build
this first bed since you will not have the jigs and templates that come with
your business plan. Also you will naturally go much slower on the first one. For further information or comments:
